Parish Council Meeting

EGERTON PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

The next meeting of the Council will be held on Tuesday 14 October 2025 at 7.00pm

This meeting will be held in the Committee Room, Millennium Hall, Egerton

The meeting is open to the Public and all are welcome to attend.

We ask that anyone wishing to attend in person notify the clerk in advance at [email protected].  Anyone who wants to record the meeting must notify the clerk in writing at least 24 hours prior to the meeting taking place. This is to ensure that we have enough space and seating for all that wish to attend and to make special provisions for attendees who do not wish to be recorded.

Clerk's Office

The Parish Clerk will not be in attendance at the Village Hall Office on Tuesday and Thursday until further notice.

Annual Governance and Accountability Review 2024-2025

Conclusion of Audit 

Egerton Parish Council has successfully completed the Annual Governance and Accountability Review 2024-25. No matters were raised by the internal auditor or the external auditing firm of Mazars. The document can be viewed on this website under the Finance Page for 2024-2025. 

Accessibility Regulations
Mazars is aware that the Accounts and Audit Regulations requirement for a physical ‘wet ink’ signature
on the original AGAR, does not allow parish council’s to fully comply with the Accessibility
Regulations. The National Audit Office is aware that the two pieces of legislation are not compatible,
Egerton Parish Council wishes to make it clear that the Notice of Completion of the Audit posted onto this website is a scan
and will not be fully compliant with the Accessibility Regulations.
